The Stuffed eggs with prosciutto are so cute, scenic and so easy to make. Of course they are also tasty and therefore they will finish in the blink of an eye if you have gourmet diners! The (relatively) longest procedure of the recipe is the boiling of the eggs, otherwise everything is very fast and for this reason you can devote yourself to the preparation "almost" at the last moment or, on the contrary, well in advance. How to make ham stuffed eggs
Cook and eggs by boiling them in a saucepan with water for 10 minutes.
Drain them, let them cool completely and shell them.
Start by cutting the eggs in half and, with the help of a teaspoon, take the yolks.
Put half of the egg yolks in a blender together with the cooked ham and ricotta.
Then add the mayonnaise too.
Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Now stuff the eggs with the cream prepared using a pastry bag.
Add small pieces of ham to the surface.
Your ham stuffed eggs are ready to be served.
