Yes, I'm back in the sweet phase, it's the only thing that inspires me to cook in this period and I'm indulging myself in making all kinds of it using new combinations of flavors. The recipe for this Monday's dolcetto is that of the amaretti and white chocolate plumcake, a dessert that I prepared the other afternoon at my mom's house with the ingredients that I found on hand by adapting a recipe that I found on a paneangeli recipe book. A fragrant, soft plumcake that is suitable for both breakfast and after dinner and that was much appreciated at my house :)

How to make the amaretti and white chocolate plumcake
Put the egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of boiling water in a bowl and whisk until a frothy mixture is obtained.
Add the sugar while continuing to whip the mixture
Now pour the oil slowly, then add the frumina, flour and yeast
Add the crumbled amaretti and finely chopped white chocolate to the mixture and mix the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Finally, stir in the whipped egg whites until stiff.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold and inform at 180 degrees and cook for 30 minutes
Allow the amaretti and white chocolate plumcake to cool, turn over, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
