There caprese tart without cooking it is a fresh dish designed for the hottest days. To do this caprese savory pie in fact there is no need to turn on the oven, with a mixer and a mold for pies it will be possible to bring to the table a delicious and tasty but also very beautiful recipe! This cold savory pie has become one of the most requested recipes during summer dinners with my friends, whoever tasted it was really hooked.
All you will need to make it are: tarallini to make the base, Genoese pesto, mozzarella and tomatoes, a few moves and that's it: P
I don't know about you, but never like this week I'm happy it's Friday. And this for various reasons including the fact that I am tired, that tonight I go to dinner in one of my favorite restaurants in the company of my best friend and her husband (who have recently arrived from Scotland), that I will have 2 days to be able to being with Ely and Ivano to laze around ... well I think that's enough, right? ;)

How to make a caprese tart without cooking
Put the tarallini in a mixer and pulverize them.
Then move them to a bowl and melt the butter.
Put the latter in the bowl of tarallini and mix.
Transfer everything to the tart mold, level the surface and cover the edges.
Compact in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices and let them drain a little.
Then prepare the pesto.
Take the base back and spread the pesto over it.
Then alternate the slices of mozzarella with those of tomato.
Finally add a little salt only on the tomatoes, a drizzle of oil and oregano.
Transfer to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then serve immediately.
Your no-bake caprese tart is ready to be brought to the table, add some fresh basil.
